We don’t take off the typical 30% to 40% charge that broker companies deduct from the actual client company invoices they work for to cover their profits and fees. So you can quickly increase an average of $4,000 per house if you work directly with the client company. With us, you work directly with the client company itself at all times.
We don’t get paid until the client company approves the job.
